Employees Put Their Skills to the Test with Training Programme

Capital Refractories s.r.o has joined the Operational Programme Employment 2014-2020 within the European Social Fund managed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic.

There is a financial contribution of 85% out of the total eligible costs to be covered by the European Union.

The project called Corporate Training of Employees Capital Refractories s.r.o. includes training of soft and managerial skills as well as technical and other professional training. The project runs from November 2019 to October 2021.

The aim of the project is to increase the level of knowledge, skills and in particular, key employee competencies and Capital Refractories s.r.o is one of the businesses taking part.

A total of 48 employees at Capital s.r.o will take part in the project, three of whom are aged 54 and over. The training which is to help increase knowledge, skills and key competencies is aimed to have a positive impact on their work overall.

Naše společnosti CAPITAL REFRACTORIES s.r.o. se v rámci Evropského sociálního fondu zapojila do programu Operační program Zaměstnanost 2014-2020 řízeným MPSV ČR.

Na projekt je poskytnut finanční příspěvek Evropské Unie ve výši 85% celkových způsobilých výdajů.

Do projektu s názvem Podnikové vzdělávání zaměstnanců CAPITAL REFRACTORIES s.r.o. jsou zařazeny aktivity Měkké dovednosti, manažerské a Technické kurzy a jiné odborné vzdělávání. Realizace je od listopadu 2019 do října 2021.

Cílem projektu je zvýšit úroveň znalostí, dovedností a zejména klíčových kompetencí pracovníků.

Výsledkem bude proškoleno 48 osob, z nichž 3 osoby ve věku 54+. Zvýšení jejich znalostí, dovedností a klíčových kompetencí bude mít pozitivní vliv na jejich práci.
