The Role

We are hiring an ambitious Technical Sales Engineer to develop and grow our UK business.

This is a B2B, relationship-led sales role. You will sell technical solutions into foundries and industrial customers — focused on quality, performance and long-term value (not price).

High performers will have the opportunity to progress into management and international responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Identify and win new business
  • Visit customers regularly (shopfloor + decision-makers)
  • Support product trials, installations, and follow-up
  • Solve technical issues with customers and internal teams
  • Prepare and follow up quotations
  • Maintain clear reporting and pipeline

Background

We are interested in candidates from either:

  • B2B sales 
    • Experience selling solutions, not one-off products
    • Strong relationship and negotiation skills

or

  • Foundry / technical
    • Experience in foundry, metallurgy, or refractories
    • Looking to move into a commercial role

or

  • Graduate engineer
    • Recent engineering graduates with an interest in manufacturing, materials, metallurgy, or industrial processes
    • Keen to develop customer-facing commercial skills in a technical sales role

Location

UK-based with regular UK travel
