New Role: Sales Manager (Carbon Bonded Filters)

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager  to spearhead business development  for Carbon Bonded Filters in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in steel, foundry, refractory - specialising in filtration products
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Prepare sales plans and growth strategies
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic growth in India.

Qualifications

  • Experience in methoding of runner and gating systems with emphasis on the application of filters. The ability to interpret casting and runner/gating system drawings
  • Some sales experience would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must have a strong work ethic and have excellent team working abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across India .
  • A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma  in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy or similar subject would be advantageous
