Capital Injection Ceramics Ltd is delighted to announce a new addition to the team!
Roshan Chaggar, from Bedfordshire, joins the company as a process engineer, after studying Chemical Engineering at The University of Sheffield where he gained a master’s degree.
Roshan, who is working towards his Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, said: “I am eager to start learning all about the industry, face challenges and gain great experience with opportunities at CIC.”
As part of his role, Roshan will be implementing engineering processes, accomplished by using statistical process control to carry out continuous improvement methods for products and procedures. This will ensure CIC’s operations adhere to the quality AS9100 system and customers’ quality criteria.
Roshan will also be conducting management quarterly reviews of production yields to make sure targets are met and to focus on any areas where improvements can be made.
CIC, based in Corby, Northamptonshire, specialises in the manufacture of injected ceramic cores used in the industrial gas turbine (IGT) and aerospace industries with an established and proven range of core bodies. CIC is also certified to AS9100, the highly respected aerospace quality management standard.
